A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME

I am many things and yet Im nothing at all.
I believe in the unlimited expansion of our consciousness and Im making every day just the tiny little first step again.
 
I believe we all carry a beautiful light in our heart. and we are all here to help each other and walk each other home.
 
Im not a great traveller, I crave roots much more then wings ,
yet Im fortunate to call several places "home"

Home is Flame of the Forest at Kanha National Park in Central India, where I live with my husband since over 16 years.
Mumbai I call home as well, cause a lot of very dear friends and soul sisters, as well as family live in Mumbai. It is a city with a creative chaotic nature,  which I cherish and learn a lot from.

Home is also Switzerland where my immediate family and a lot of dear friends stay. Also my heartfelt project Metta Well-Being
is in Switzerland.
