My home is nestled in a very magical place.
Since over a decade I live in the very heart of India,
in the Kanha National Park.
We have a small Safari Lodge right next to a river,
where then sun is setting just across the river.
The morning glory, with all the birds singing their beautiful songs, brings happiness to everyones heart. The evenings are spent around a camp fire, while listening to the sounds of the night.
I received so much healing from this place and so did so many guests,
who came and went in the past many years.
Spending time in nature has a tremendous healing quality.
The retreat is filled with Yoga, Meditation,
Safari and even a walk through the forest.
Your sense will get charged, your body will rejuvenate
and together we will dive deep into the Yoga practice.

Yoga
The heart of the retreat
is the practice.
You will have one class a day for sure. On the day
of Safari and walking
it is once Yoga class a day

Meditation
Morning meditations
will be a highlight of your stay. We will meditation in the shelter of the Yoga shala,
but also out
in nature.

Safaris & Walks
Adventure and fun will not be left out in this retreat.
We take you on three Jungle jeep safaris and
one guided walk through the forest. There is a possibility to visit the weekly market
and also enjoy a guided village walk.

Pranayama
Pranayama will be part of the morning meditation.
Integrated into the retreat
is one breath work session in the group setting.
