Pranayama is my big love.
The practice has helped me tremendously,
to understand my inner world in a better way
and thought that, I am able to take care of my self in kind and loving way.
In my pranayama practice I use the felt sense to be with the breath.
Breath awareness, traditional pranayama practices as well as visualisations are used during my classes. It is a meditative state of guiding, controlling and witnessing the breath.
ONE SESSION OF 60MIN
Private classes are a wonderful way to dive deeper into the subject.
If needed I work energetically during these classes as well.
