Introduction to Pranayama

Breath is a powerful tool to access deeper layers of consciousness, find balance in difficult situations and keep your whole body healthy. 

This course offers you a systematic introduction to the

practice of Pranayama. After

completion of this course,

you will know the main techniques of Pranayama, you will understand the science behind breathing

and you will be able to develop your own steady home practice. 

This course is for everyone who is looking for a tool to find balance, focus and an entry into mediation. 

WHEN WHERE HOW

The course is online all through. 

We meet on seven consecutive Saturdays for one hour each time. 

The class is divided into 30mins theory and 30mins practice. The classes will be recorded and made available to you for a limited time. Any questions that might arise can be clarified within the class, or via phone/ WhatsApp.
